What is the best store to buy electronics?

What time of the year is best for sales on things like electronics?

I think I'm gonna buy a new flat screen tv sometime this fall or winter. But I want to wait untill I can get one on a good sale. So I was waundering does anyone know what time of the year stores put on the best sales. Would it be like around x-mass when everyone is spending their money on gifts? Or would it right around tax time when they are trying to draw people into spend their tax refunds.

I work for a company that sells electronics and our best deals on tv's are in the month before christmas (watch black friday specials.....usually crappy stuff that breaks a soon as the return policiy expires)...Tax time is computers
